Admission Procedure

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

1. Transfer Certificate issued by previous school duly countersigned by DEO.
2. Date of Birth Certificate issued by state Gov.
3. Aadhar card
4. Category Certificate, if any, e.g., SC/ST/OBC.
5. Two passport size photograph.

ADMISSION (on the basis of TC Only)

1. Following category of children will be admitted based on Transfer Certificate from previous school, without admission test
2. Children who are coming on Pass/Promoted TC from other Schools between the period 01 Apr to 31 Jul and had scores 65 % marks in his previous class.

ADMISSION TEST

1. All other category of children not covered under admission category may be admitted after an entrance test. Entrance test is of the standard of the previous class of the child to which admission is sought at the beginning of the session.

AGE LIMIT FOR ADMISSION

1. At the time of admission to Class I, the child should have completed five years of age on 31 March of the year in which admission is sought. The age for other classes is regulated accordingly.
2. Change in Date of Birth—-once recorded in the school register, change will not be accepted.
